The footprints, the half-eaten bodies, that distinct smell of sulphur. It could only be one thing; and Connor Temple had thought he’d left it all behind.
When an unknown murder takes place, DI Temple is on the case; but little does he know that the ghosts from his younger years will be coming back to haunt him. He thinks he is finished with past- but is his past finished with him? The old gang comes back together, and with a clash of the titans they solve the murder- they’ve done it so often they could decipher the case blindfolded; but is it that simple? They don’t get along as well as they used to, they’re changed people- some more forceful and direct than others.
